After an update if you are stuck on the loading screen with the downloading bar visible, check your device settings.

If your internet connection on your device is considered a "Metered Network", then the download is being blocked. We will try and fix this soon, but if you change the network to not be considered a "Metered Network", then you should be able to download the update
