If you lost access to your account please launch the game and use the new (auto-created) account to try to recover it through Google Play, Apple, or Facebook, as follows:
- Tap on the Settings cog on the campaign map screen
- Tap on Lost Account?
- Connect to the same recovery methods as your old account
If your account is not recovered, please add a recovery method. Once a recovery method is setup you can contact support in-game following these instructions:
- Tap on the Settings cog on the campaign map screen
- Tap Support
- Tap the conversation icon in the top right corner to start a ticket with one of our support agents. They will be able to link your missing account to your current recovery method.
Please provide the following information for your lost account:
- In-Game Name
- Ritual Level/Campaign Progress
- Purchase Receipt screenshot
