There can occasionally be a delay with receiving your purchase made through Google or Apple. While it's rare, it can occasionally take up 24 hours for them to process the transaction.
After 24 hours, if you have not received your in-game items please contact us so we can review your account. A screenshot of the email receipt from the app store is required. You can check the status of the transaction with your device's payment processor.
