If you lost access to your account please launch the Disney Heroes app and use the new (auto-created) account to try to recover it through Google Play, Game Center, or Facebook, as follows:
  • Tap on the Hero Portrait on the bottom left
  • Scroll down and tap on Accounts
  • Tap on Lost Account?
  • Connect to the same recovery methods as your old account

If your account is not recovered, please add a recovery method. Once a recovery method is setup you can contact support in-game following these instructions:
  • Tap your Hero portrait on the bottom left hand corner
  • Scroll down the page and tap Support
  • Search the FAQ with your question. Can't find your issue in the FAQ? Tap the icon in the farthest top right corner to start a conversation with one of our support agents.

Please provide the following information for your lost account:
  • In-Game Name
  • Purchase Receipt
  • Team Level
  • Guild Name
  • Server
