If you lost access to your account please launch the Disney Heroes app and use the new (auto-created) account to try to recover it through Google Play, Game Center, or Facebook, as follows:
- Tap on the Hero Portrait on the bottom left
- Scroll down and tap on Accounts
- Tap on Lost Account?
- Connect to the same recovery methods as your old account
If your account is not recovered, please add a recovery method. Once a recovery method is setup you can contact support in-game following these instructions:
- Tap your Hero portrait on the bottom left hand corner
- Scroll down the page and tap Support
- Search the FAQ with your question. Can't find your issue in the FAQ? Tap the icon in the farthest top right corner to start a conversation with one of our support agents.
Please provide the following information for your lost account:
- In-Game Name
- Purchase Receipt
- Team Level
- Guild Name
- Server
