There can occasionally be a delay with receiving your purchase made through either Google or Apple. While it's rare, it can occasionally take up 24 hours for them to process the transaction.
After 24 hrs, if you have not received your diamond package please contact us so we can review your account. If we still do not have your transaction after 24 hours you can check the status of the transaction with your device's payment processor.
If the purchase was made through Apple, please contact iTunes support.
If the purchase was made through Google, please contact Google Support.
If the purchase was made through Samsung, please contact Samsung Support.
If the purchase was made through Amazon, please contact Amazon Support.
