This error is caused by a network issue, either on your network, or somewhere between your network and us. Unfortunately, this is something that is beyond our influence.

If this is an intermittent issue, likely it was a network timeout, hardware failure, or DNS failure. These issues happen and are usually correct by the network owner.

If this is a consistent issues, it's possible the network you're using is blocking the traffic. Some corporate networks will block specific types of traffic to increase capacity, or limit activity (employers do this to prevent employees from gaming at work, for example).

You can wait and see if the issue passes, or you can try connecting to a different network - your neighbor's wifi, or a public wifi signal, for example - and see if that allows you to access the game.

If you are still having issues with this after checking the network, you can try uninstalling the game and installing a fresh copy. Please follow ALL of these steps:

  • Connect to a strong & stable HIGH-SPEED WiFi connection or LTE connection
  • Uninstall the game.
  • Clear the store cache. This will vary depending on your device, but it's usually located in the settings menu, in the apps section.
  • Re-install the game.
