If you join a new guild during the current invasion, you will be able to battle the bosses that you find. Guild bosses and bosses found by other players will be visible, but you will not be able to battle them during the first 24 hours while you are in the guild.

After you have been a member of the guild for 24 hours, you will be able to fully participate in your guild's invasion.
