Promo codes will be sent out directly to subscribers to their registered email addresses as a part of exclusive offers or events and also few events can be given out as a promo code in the Events tab.

Keep an eye on in-game events, special occasions, or major updates. We sometimes introduce promo codes during these periods.  You can also check the game regularly for any announcements or notifications related to promo codes.
