Ennui is a Backline “Control” Hero on the Yellow team. Ennui will be available in the Battle Pass starting October 7th, 2025.
Skills
Bored Control
Passive:
Ennui starts combat with some stacks of “Dull".
Every time Ennui is hit with an attack while she has stacks of “Dull”, she negates the damage of that attack and transfers stacks of “Dull” to the enemy that attacked her.
Active:
Ennui casually reveals to everyone she can access the control panel through her phone, then presses a button removing all stacks of “Dull” that are on other heroes and gaining that same amount. Afterwards she deals True Damage to all enemies per stack of “Dull” that Ennui has.
Ennui cannot receive stacks of “Dull” from sources other than herself.
Stacks of “Dull” cannot be Blocked, Copied, Stolen, or Removed by other sources than Ennui, reset between waves and their total amount cannot exceed a certain amount.
+True Damage
Casual Click
Ennui turns around and takes a selfie with the damaging enemies with stacks of “Dull” for some Fantastic Damage.
Enemy heroes with stacks of “Dull” suffer the following effects depending on the number of stacks of “Dull” that they have:
Threshold 1: Enemy is Blinded while they have a stack of “Dull”.
Threshold 2: Enemy is Silenced while they have stacks of “Dull”.
Threshold 3: Enemy is Stunned while they have stacks of “Dull”.
These Disables cannot be Blocked, Dodged, Cleansed or Prevented by Hardy Stacks.
+Fantastic Damage
Lazy Shove
Ennui shoos the enemies away with her hands, damaging enemies with stacks of “Dull” for some Normal Damage.
Every hero besides Ennui gains more stacks of “Dull”. Enemy heroes lose some Basic Damage and some Skill Power while they have at least one stack of “Dull”.
+Normal Damage
Yawn Stance
Ennui or Allies that hit enemies with stacks of “Dull” now steal some stacks of “Dull”. Stacks of “Dull” have the same effect on an ally that they would have on Ennui.
This skill has a chance to fail if Allies are above a certain Level.
+Level
Socks Don’t Care
Enemies with at least one stack of “Dull” lose a percent of Attack and Movement Speed per second while they have a stack of “Dull” up to a cap of Attack and Movement Speed and are prevented from gaining any increase to Attack and Movement Speed while they have at least one stack of “Dull”.
The decreases persist even if the enemy heroes lose the stacks of “Dull”.
If Ennui gains more than a cap of stacks of “Dull” when she casts “Bored Control”, enemy heroes lose a percent of Max HP for the rest of the wave. Afterwards she resets her stacks of “Dull” back to a certain amount.
While Ennui has at least one stack of “Dull” she gains a percent chance to Dodge debuffs.

- During the last 12 hours: Banning disabled (players can continue to sabotage)
- Battle Phase:
- Banning and Protecting are disabled.
Since we are making changes to Guild Wars, we will have to skip the War Cycle that was going to start on Tuesday, October 7th and finish on Thursday, October 9th. The new War will begin on Thursday, October 9th.
Prize Wall Tokens Carry Over
After much consideration, we have decided to bring back the Prize Wall Tokens carrying over to future Prize Walls.
Starting from Abby Mallard Prize Wall, all Tokens left unused after a Prize Wall finishes will remain available for the next Prize Walls in 7.5 and onward!
We will also slightly extend the duration of both Prize Walls, increasing the total runtime of a single Prize Wall from 7 days → 10 days. We hope you appreciate this change and we thank you for your patience and feedback!

Full App Update Release Changes - REMINDER
Moving forward, and in order to have a more structured new full app update release calendar, we will be launching new updates on the first Tuesday or Wednesday of the month, depending on when Guild War finishes.
Chapter releases will always be 2 weeks after the full app update, so expect one -A update every month. This means, some months may have 5 weeks between new chapters.
The plan for the Battle Pass moving forward is to wrap up on the last day of the month. It will continue to release with the newest full app update, but may be shorter or longer some months. Some of you have raised concerns about being unable to complete the Battle Pass with this new schedule, so we’ve slightly increased the amount of points that can be earned from Daily Quests from 11 → 12.
As mentioned, some months may include an extra week that may result in an additional week of Arena and Coliseum. For this first extended season, we will have a gap week before the next season starts, but don’t worry, we’ll have other events to fill the time! In the future, we’re experimenting with a PvP limited-time event that we hope to share more info about as we get closer to the next gap week.
Improvements & Changes
- Guild Permissions
- All members can now edit their own messages in guild chats.
- Tacticians and Officers can no longer delete messages from other guild members.
- Officers can now queue and unqueue for Guild Wars.
- Low Detail Mode
- Combat Numbers are now simplified (i.e 2,132,456,734 as 2.13B)
- Took off minuses (-) and pluses (+) next to numbers
- Added a Toggle in the In-Combat settings to allow users to remove Damage Numbers from the screen
- These changes were made as an effort to decrease lag and potential game freezes during battle, caused by large amounts of numbers flying off the screen
- Friendship Campaign Difficulty Adjustments
- As mentioned in the 5.7 Patch Notes, we had temporarily decreased the max rarity of enemy heroes to a cap of Orange+0 due to disproportionate power at the time
- Since hero roster balancing have returned to a more stable setup, starting with 7.5 heroes, we will be returning to adding relevant difficulty to friendship campaigns
- For all new heroes releasing, their friendship campaign difficulty will now start 10 rarities below the newest rarity upon that hero’s release, with a corresponding increase to the enemy Max Level
- For example, this batch of heroes will have a friendship campaign difficulty of Emerald +17, and a level of around 475
- This treatment will only apply to new heroes; already released heroes’ friendship campaigns will stay the same difficulty
- Players will also still be able to use all 5 heroes in every stage of the friendship campaign

- We’ve added 200 Battle Pass Hero Chips to the end of the Free track
- The hero chips in the Premium track has increased to max out a hero’s Red Skills
- Prize Wall tokens have been added back to both tracks of the Battle Pass
- Even if you claim the tokens when a Prize Wall isn’t running, it will add up to your total as it carries over to the next running Prize Wall
- Fantastic Crit
- We’ve identified an issue where heroes were not dealing extra damage when performing a Fantastic Crit. While the Super Fantastic Crit was functioning correctly, the Fantastic Crit was not triggering the additional damage as intended. This bug will be fixed in 7.5, ensuring that all Fantastic Crits work properly.
