Patch Season 38 Information

As we approach the conclusion of Season 37 of Patch, we are delighted to share our exciting plans for Season 38!

The 38th Season of Patch will begin on November 18th and will run for 4 weeks. After the update goes live, you’ll be able to see the season’s Featured Franchises but the Franchise Trials won’t be available until 9:00 AM CT the next morning.

This season will visit the following franchises:

  • REBALANCED! Hercules
  • REBALANCED! Beauty and the Beast
  • The Aristocats
  • Coco
  • The Owl House

As part of our recent rebalancing efforts, and to ensure a more level playing field, we are doing some rebalancing on the following Heroes:

  • Hercules
  • Hades
  • Megara
  • Zeus
  • Phil
  • Beast
  • Belle
  • Cogsworth and Lumiere
  • Gaston

Servers 1 & 13 Update

  • Team Level Cap increased from 530 to 535
  • Heroes can now be promoted to Emerald+29
  • Chapter 101: “Secret Plans” NEW!
    • Cinderella, Dr. Doofenshmirtz, Princess Aurora, Kuzco, Bowler Hat Guy, Flash, and Eeyore are added to nodes 1-7

Friendsgiving Events

As the City gathers to celebrate gratitude, good food, and great friends, Friendsgiving season begins! From November 17th through December 1st, enjoy festive challenges, cozy rewards, and limited-time themed events. Here’s what you can look forward to:

  • A heartwarming Feast of Friendship Special Invasion, where Heroes band together to protect the City’s holiday feast and earn a brand-new cosmetic border.
  • A flavorful Friendsgiving Fury Trial, serving up teamwork-focused battles and seasonal rewards.
  • Themed Contests, exclusive prizes, daily events, giveaways, and limited-time Friendsgiving Event Crates to help you celebrate in style!

Zootopia 2 Discord Celebration Event

To celebrate the release of Disney’s Zootopia 2 on November 26th, we’re launching a special limited-time community event on our official Discord server!

A different “WANTED” fugitive hero will be revealed each day. Join our Discord to track the daily target, participate in the challenge, and earn fun rewards for helping the ZPD keep the City safe.

New Hero Locations and Content Adjustments

Heroes will not appear in new locations until they refresh.

Shop Rotations, November 30th, 2025:

  • Anne Boonchuy replaces Chernabog in the CW Shop
  • Jack Skellington replaces Aladdin in the Surge Shop
  • Luz Noceda replaces Genie in the Arena Shop
  • Eda Clawthorne replaces Peter Pan in the Coliseum Shop
  • Replaced heroes are sent to the Elite Campaign

Shop rotations will refresh after November 30th, 2025, at your usual refresh time.
