Disney Heroes: Battle Mode Update 7.7-A

Welcome to the Disney Heroes: Battle Mode 7.7-A Update! This release features new Chapters, Hero Levels, Ranks, and a brand-new Patch Season, as well as Darwin!

Overview

Darwin

Darwin is a Frontline “Tank” Hero on the Yellow team. Darwin will be available in a limited-time gacha and contest event starting December 18th, 2025.

Skills

Tire Takedown

Passive: 

Darwin has exactly 1 Max HP. Darwin is Immune to disables, Hex and all damage as long as he is not Snared. 

Active:

Darwin rolls inside a car tire towards the enemy team, dealing Normal Damage and Distracting the enemy team for the next few seconds.

Shock Sphere

Darwin piloting his sphere goes toward enemies, releasing sparks and damaging all enemies for Normal Damage and becoming Energized until Darwin uses “Tire Takedown” again.

Units Energized by this Skill gain bonus Energy per Basic Attack.

Honor Rise

Darwin raises his agent badge encouraging his companions, removing all Decay and Fatigue stacks from himself and gaining stacks of Hardy.

For the next few seconds Darwin increases his allies Skill Power and Basic Damage for each Hardy stack that Darwin has.

Tactical Line

Every time Darwin blocks a disable due to his Immunity he gains Hardy stacks.

Every few seconds, Darwin Distracts random enemies which aren’t already Distracted. Additionally they lose Basic Damage and Skill Power.

Torchy Touch

Enemies Distracted by Darwin take a percent of Increased Damage.

Allies take a percent less Damage from enemies Distracted by Darwin.

Darwin deals True Damage for every Hardy stack spent or removed to the respective enemy Hero.

While Energized Darwin’s Attack and Movement Speed cannot fall below a certain percent.

Battle Badge

  • Charge Condition: 10 seconds of combat have elapsed
  • Stat Buff: +Basic Damage
  • Lineup Buff: +Basic Damage per Yellow Ally
  • Effect Buff: Hardy

The Wintery Weekend Challenge Trials return starting this weekend, bringing four chilly trials through the rest of the month and into January.

On December 18th, Darwin’s Limited-Time Crate makes its debut, soon followed by the 12 Days of Giveaway beginning December 22nd and the Bah! Humbug Trials on December 24th.  Don’t miss out on the New Year Trial on December 31st! 

The final freeze hits January 5th with the Stay Frosty Special Invasion, delivering icy foes and cool rewards.

Patch Season 39 Information

As we approach the conclusion of Season 38 of Patch, we are delighted to share our exciting plans for Season 39!

The 39th Season of Patch will begin on December 16th and will run for 4 weeks. After the update goes live, you’ll be able to see the season’s Featured Franchises but the Franchise Trials won’t be available until 9:00 AM CT the next morning.

This season will visit the following franchises:

  • REBALANCED! Inside Out
  • REBALANCED! Tron Legacy
  • REBALANCED! Gargoyles
  • REBALANCED! Kim Possible

As part of our recent rebalancing efforts, and to ensure a more level playing field, we are doing some rebalancing on the following Heroes:

We have also rebalanced Bambi! 

Servers 1 & 13 Update

  • Team Level Cap increased from 535 to 540
  • Heroes can now be promoted to Emerald+30
  • Chapter 102: “Secret Visit” NEW!
    • Phoebus, Milo Thatch, The Mayor, Bolt, Ember Lumen, Shan Yu, and Audrey Ramirez are added to nodes 1-7

Improvements

  • Increasing the amount of stamina per diamond purchase in the “Get More Stamina” screen
  • Increasing the amount of gold per diamond purchase in the “Buy Gold” screen
  • Adjustments and additions to the Premium Battle Pass back with 7.7
    • We had accidentally left out notes on the adjustments and additions to the Premium Battle Rewards with the release of Lightning McQueen
    • Thanks to player feedback regarding the previous experience, we’ve made the following adjustments:
      • Increased gold 
      • Increased Wish Crates 
      • Added Codebase Crates 
      • Added Mod Upgrades: Reality, Shields, Skill 2, Skill 3, Normal Crit, Fantastic Crit 

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a crash related to Bambi’s purple skill on iOS

New Hero Locations and Content Adjustments

Heroes will not appear in new locations until they refresh.

Shop Rotations, December 31st, 2025:

  • Yen Sid replaces Maui in the CW Shop
  • Mufasa replaces Anxiety in the Surge Shop
  • Baymax replaces Lilith Clawthorne in the Arena Shop
  • Duchess replaces Ferb in the Coliseum Shop
  • Replaced heroes are sent to the Elite Campaign

Shop rotations will refresh after December 31st, 2025, at your usual refresh time.

This is a server update that is scheduled for Tuesday, December 16th, 2025; downtime will be planned.
