What is Sapphire Rarity?
Sapphire is a new rarity introduced with update 7.8 that brings two new stats, mods, as well as much needed changes to the Invasion Gamemode and Mod Mechanics.
What are the two new Stats?
The two new stats are called Normal and Fantastic Crit Negation!
What do Normal and Fantastic Crit Negation do?
Fantastic and Normal Crit Negation reduce the total damage taken from critical hits by 0% to 100%. Upon reaching 100% Negation, heroes take no damage from Normal or Fantastic critical hits, effectively nullifying the entire attack.
How can I increase Normal and Fantastic Crit Negation?
Normal and Fantastic Crit Negation can be increased by upgrading the new Hybrid Mods!
What are Hybrid Mods?
Hybrid Mods are two new mods introduced with the Sapphire Rarity! These are the HP/BD mods and the HP/SP mods!
What do Hybrid Mods do?
Hybrid mods essentially combine the behavior of two mods in one. You get both the benefits from the base mods. In the case of HP/SP mods both the HP and SP are increased.
Where can I get Hybrid Mods?
Hybrid Mods will be given as a reward for defeating Guild Bosses!
This system makes it important to coordinate with your guild, as players need to participate to earn the new mods. You can earn more than one new mod per Guild Boss for additional performance such as highest damage or finisher!
What are Hybrid Mods upgrade effects?
Hybrid Mods upgrade effects are as such:
- HP/BD Mods
- Normal Crit Negation
- Starting Shield
- Attack Speed
- HP/SP Mods
- Fantastic Crit Negation
- Armor Increase
- Skill 4 Increase
What mod mechanics were changed?
Mods had their core stats base increase completely revamped.
Additionally level caps and max tiers have been increased.
Finally Mod upgrade values were rebalanced, to mitigate how much ubiquitous SP upgrade effects were than others.
What is the new level cap for Mods?
The new level cap of mods is level 250. This level cap can increase with the release of new chapters.
What is the new max tier for Mods?
The new max tier for mods is tier +23. This Max tier can increase with the release of new chapters.
Which Invasion Boss was changed?
All of the mechanics changes were made in the Invasion Guild Boss.

Major Changes to the Guild Invasion Boss are:
- Boss Traits
- Immunity to Percent Damage
- Simultaneous Battles
- Better Boss Stats Scaling
What are Boss Traits?
BossTraits are strengths and weaknesses that each Boss possesses that will make each fight an engaging and unique problem to solve!
Boss Traits can be divided into:
- Boss Augments - Buffs that empower the Boss, providing advantages against certain teams.
- Boss Breakpoints - Weaknesses that players can exploit to maximize their combat effectiveness.
What are some examples of Boss Augments?
Examples of augments are:
- Boss Ignores/Reflects some of the Normal/Fantastic/True Damage taken.
- Boss is Immune to Normal/Fantastic/True Damage.
- Every few seconds the Boss Cleanses himself.
- Prevents a certain buff from being applied.
- Every few seconds emits a pulse dealing Normal/Fantastic/True Damage
- Every few hits the boss becomes Invisible.
What are some examples of Boss Breakpoints?
Examples of augments are:
- When debuffed a certain number of times with a specific debuff it loses a percentage of its Health
- When debuffed a certain number of times with a specific debuff it receives increased Normal/Fantastic/True damage.
- For every specific amount of damage taken, the allied team gains a percentage of their stats.
- For every few disables granted the boss is disabled for some time.
How many combinations can we expect of Boss Traits?
As of the 7.8 release 10 different curated combinations have been created. However with new releases not only new combinations will be implemented but new Boss Traits will be introduced to keep the experience as fresh and engaging as possible!
How many concurrent players can fight the Invasion Guild Boss now?
Right now a total of 5 players can fight the Invasion Guild Boss simultaneously.
How many Invasion Guild Bosses can spawn per day?
A total of 10 Invasion Guild Bosses can be spawned and defeated per day. Make sure to coordinate with your guild!
Is the Solo Boss going to suffer any changes?
The only change made to the Solo Boss is its conversion from Mama Bot to Megavirus! All of the mechanics will stay as they were previously.
Where are the rewards from Codebase going?
Codebase rewards will be infinitely grindable on the Invasion Solo Boss (Megavirus*), and will also be available in the Invasion progress rewards! (The Megabits available in the Invasion progress rewards will only be available from 7.9 onward)
